Сейчас у меня такая проблемма с Half-life Source если что-то найду или вспомню решение этой траблы, тогда сюда тебе напишу решение.

спасибо за ответы. Я взял и вырезал из system32 файл engine.dll и игра запустилась.Но терь другая проблема
щёлкаю на ярлык игра запускается проходит видеоролик и дельше идёт «бесконечная» загрузка когда мне надоедает я сворачеваю hl2 и после сворачивания игра закрывается.

Хорошо, что ты предоставил список Dll с папки, вот теперь из этих предоставленных тобою dll найди те которые лежат и в system32 и в папке bin. Если будут одинаковые и там и там, то с папки system32 премести куда угодно(но пока не удаляй) те dll которые имеются в игре
