Доброго времени суток. При применении групповых политик компьютера возникает такая ошибка. Пробовал пересоздавать другой OU, использовать другие GPO, давать все права на OU, блокировать наследование, ничего не помогло. Первоначально
ошибка обнаружилась при попытке включить Software Restriction Polices, затем и остальные параметры компьютера перестали применяться. Контроллер домена на windows server 2008 R2. Также менял компы на которых применялась
политика, эффекта не дало.Лог:

Добрый вечер.
Всем спасибо за ответы, проблему я частично решил, не всю конечно, но отключаться перестал во время загрузки, так же грузится в течении максимум 5 секунд, но ошибка — «Встроенное ПО системы изменило регистры диапазона типа памяти процессора (MTRR) при переходе в спящий режим (S5). Это может замедлить возобновление работы.» — всё ещё висит после каждого выключения. Ну это явно что то с «гибернационными» режимами связано. Данная ошибка наблюдается и на 2-м компьютере, и на 3-м :), да и очень часто она встречается и на компьютерах, что приносят на ремонт с win8, на ноутбуках тоже иногда бывает, но на десктопах чаще, судя по опросам, работает windows, люди вроде не жалуются, ну ведь компьютеры приносят в ценовой категории в среднем 15-25к руб., конфиг зачастую обыкновенный, ничего хитрого нет. А вот я энтузиаст :), люблю дорогие железки, покупаю по возможности.
Решал я эту проблему ооочень долгими «танцами с бубном», путем перебора версий BIOS, благо что на данной МП два bios, а так же обновлением прошивки intel MIE, обновлением драйверов на чипсет МП, которые я еле нашёл в «тридесятом государстве»- на офф сайте старые драйвера, и обновлением драйверов на sata контроллер.
Плюс ко всему, проследил «некорректную» установку win 8.1, обновляться на неё стоит только тогда, когда установлены все последние обновления на Win8, так же при помощи поисков в сети, устранил неизвестный «баг» дефрагментации ssd накопителей, надеюсь в будущих обновлениях это исправят на 7-ке такого не было.
Отключение быстрого старта, отключение динамических тактов процессора, отключение синхронизации времени по интернет, и т.п. — это ничего не помогает.
Да, кстати дамп я выложить не смогу, файл подкачки у меня выключен. Очень надеюсь тьфу тьфу тьфу :), что система будет работать стабильно
За первый пост извиняюсь, возможно грубовато написал, но тут тоже, можно меня хоть немного понять, уже неделю бился над данной проблемой, тут компьютеры приносят, у самого проблемы, ну и в общем немного вышел из себя :).
Периодический ребут системы в простое. Просмотрел журнал и единственную подозрительную ошибку которую я нашёл это ошибка в Аудите:

Сборка: Aorus x470 ultra gaming BIOS F4 (последняя), Ryzen 7 1700 v1.2 , RAM: Samsung 16GB 3200 v1.35, SSD Samsung 970 evo, GTX Palit 2070 jetstream (разгон OC Scan), БП Aerocool KCAS 700W Bronz. Температуры нормальные в простое не выше 38-45, корпус полностью продуваемый (3х120 на вдув, 3х120 на выдув). Windows 10 1809, сборка 17763.195 (лицензия).
Просмотрел внимательно предпосылок к данному поведению нет. (Кроме изрядно надоевшей ошибки с разрешением для DCOM RuntimeBroken, Windows.SecurityCenter.SecurityAppBroker, Windows.SecurityCenter.WscBrokerManager. Не лечится ничем выдача разрешений от Администратора не помогает, но и как я понял данные ошибки себя не проявляют. Переустановка системы не помогает!) Во время использования система работает стабильно но стоит оставить её на некоторое время то с вероятностью 50% она спокойно уходит в перезагрузку будто я сам её перезагружаю. Авирь стоит ESET проверил вирусов нет. Провел сканирование системы ошибок не обнаружено. (Включен CnQ) пока писал сообщение появилось подозрение что система перезагружается из-за попытки сильно снизить частоту и напряжение (Хотя это мои домыслы но попробую проверить.) Буду Крайне признателен в помощи по решению данной ситуации.
Ответ Здравствуйте.
Для проверки — попробуйте отключить в настройках питания Быстрый запуск (если он включен) и переход в сон. Также -отключите режим гибернации (в Командной строке от имени админа выполнить powercfg -h off ). Затем — выключите компьютер Пуск-Завершение работы с одновременным зажатием и удержанием клавиши Shift.
Включите и понаблюдайте за работой компьютера.

Method 1: I request you to check if the Superfetch service is enableda. On the desktop, press Windows key + R to open the Run Dialog.
b. Type services.msc in the Run Dialog, and then press Enter to open Services.
c. Right-click the Superfetch service, and then click Properties.
d. If the Startup type box is set to Disabled, change it to Automatic or Manual.
e. Click OK to close the Properties window.
f. Right-click the Superfetch service, and then click Start. The service should start without errors.Method 2: Increase the maximum files size of the Startup Event Trace Sessions.
a. On the desktop, press Windows key + R and type perfmon to open the Performance monitor
b. On the left panel of the Performance Monitor window, expand Data Collector Sets.
c. Click on Startup Event Trace Sessions.
d. Open ReadyBoot Trace Session Property Sheet.
e. Click on the Stop Condition tab and increase the Maximum Size to 40.
f. Click on Apply and OK.»

also suggest you use a driver updating tool to make sure you up to date

Method 1: I request you to check if the Superfetch service is enableda. On the desktop, press Windows key + R to open the Run Dialog.
b. Type services.msc in the Run Dialog, and then press Enter to open Services.
c. Right-click the Superfetch service, and then click Properties.
d. If the Startup type box is set to Disabled, change it to Automatic or Manual.
e. Click OK to close the Properties window.
f. Right-click the Superfetch service, and then click Start. The service should start without errors.Method 2: Increase the maximum files size of the Startup Event Trace Sessions.
a. On the desktop, press Windows key + R and type perfmon to open the Performance monitor
b. On the left panel of the Performance Monitor window, expand Data Collector Sets.
c. Click on Startup Event Trace Sessions.
d. Open ReadyBoot Trace Session Property Sheet.
e. Click on the Stop Condition tab and increase the Maximum Size to 40.
f. Click on Apply and OK.»
