такие ошибки вылетали и было всё сделано, что советовали по гайдам к этим ошибкам, чистка кеша winstore всякие манипуляции со службами, короче всё что ищётся в гугли по этим ошибкам было испробовано, отключения ip6 тоже ни к чему не привело, разве что vpn не пробовал.

Начал копал в сторону проблем с windows update, сами обновления вроде ставятся и никаких проблем не замечено, но при диагностики выявляются проблемы.

И тоже все манипуляции по поиску к этим ошибкам ни к чему не привели.
Я в отчаянии, возвращать на 10 не хочется т.к тот же cyberpunk на ней идёт в разы хуже.

UPD если запустить службу восстановление при неполадках что то там, вылетает странность, диск 3 указан верно где установлена винда, но буква указа не верно, винда стоит на диск С

Оказывается проблемы была с сетевыми настройками, просто сделал reset роутера и тут всё заработало, после этого ещё раз заново поставил на чистую винду и всё так же работает.

I have yet to find out, what this error could mean but it’s listed nowhere!

I’m trying for a week now to get it fixed, even contacted Microsoft Support THRICE but one was as incompetent as the other. Here is a list of things I already tried, because I can’t be bothered to be told to try the same thing 100 times:

• Updated windows 10 to version 2004

• completely removed microsoft store and reinstalled it

• cleared microsoft store cache

• ran Microsoft Store troubleshooting program

• ran wsreset.exe

• reinstalled and repaired xbox app

• checked, if I am in the correct acc with a valid game pass

• tried installing on other hard drives

• made sure, that hard drives are set to NTFS

• let two microsoft agents try to fix the issue via remote control and watch them do the same things i already did

• some powershell shenanigans, the microsoft agents did.

• Looked in «modifyableapps» and microsoftapps for folders of said games. I planned to remove them but there were none

• rammed my head against the wall in frustration

• … probably more steps, I already lost count of

Now I wonder, will there ever be a fix for this damn issue before my pass runs out or did I purchase it for absolutely nothing but frustration?

While I’m writing this, I am in the support chat queue of microsoft, for the fourth time, and already waited hours. I think I’ll pass out before finding an agent.

I think I found the solution to my case. My ISP had some firewall or security activated by default which blocked certain connections (for example battle.net downloads didn’t work either be because of this) By calling my ISP, they disabled these features and now it seems to work.

To test out if you have the same issue, first try using another connect like usb tethering with your smartphone mobile data or use a vpn. If the download works that way, it means that your normal network blocks the download somehow. Better call your ISP or check your modem settings to solve this.
