Всем доброго дня!
Давно пользуюсь утилитами Sysinternals, с помощью утилиты PSEXEC из данного пакета использую давно известный многим сисадминам трюк запуска нужной проги от имени пользователя SYSTEM:

psexec -i -s «путь к проге»

дальше как известно psexec коннектится к своему компу и запускает нужную прогу с указанными правами
у меня это работало и вдруг перестало, при выполнении psexec вдруг стал выдавать:

Если загуглить то данная проблема возникает в 2-х случаях:
1. Отсутствуют общие административные ресурсы: admin$, C$ и т.д. у меня они как были так и есть
2. После предыдущего запуска PSEXEC осталась запущенной созданная им служба PSEXESVC, проверил — да есть такое — остановил и удалил данную службу, руками удалил файл PSEXESVC.exe — но это не помогло
Перезагрузил комп — непомогло

Тогда решил пустить в ход другую утилиту из Sysinternals — PROCMON и отследить запуск PSEXEC`а
из полученных результатов оставил только результаты где сообщалось о какой либо ошибке
В итоге получил вывод https://pastebin.com/TQm8wQa2
Кому не лень будет глянуть, но так как многим будет скорее всего лень то приведу наиболее бросающиеся в глаза записи:

Это самые последние записи в логе PROCMONа и они больше всего бросаются в глаза, как я вижу судя по строчке:

В папке C:WindowsCSCv2.0.6namespace psexec толи пытается создать файл или папку, толи просто ищет файл или папку MYCOMP (то есть имя моего компа) и ненаходит
Так же пытается:

Создать ключ доступа PSEXEC-MYCOMP-78B0AE2E.key в шаре admin$ и не может

Владелец папка C:WindowsCSC и всех подпапок — группа Администраторов с правами полного доступа (я сделал)
psexec запускаю есс-но от имени админа

Общий доступ к файлам и принтерам для всех сетей открыт, порты TCP 135 и 445 нужные для PSEXECa открыл — все равно ничего не помогает, при попытке выполнения PSEXEC задумывается при строчке:
Copying authentication key to MYCOMP.

Occasionally the Windows Registry may throw “Access Denied” errors to Administrators when using the Registry Editor. This can happen when editing or even just viewing certain keys.

One example of this is when trying to view a key whose permissions have become corrupt or one that is owned by the SYSTEM user with no permissions applied. When trying to interact with or manipulate these keys, an Access Is Denied error will show:

When trying to edit permissions on these problematic keys, Windows may say you do not have permission to view the current permission settings, but you can make permission changes:

Despite this message, an Access Denied error may display when attempting to make permission changes.

PsTools and PsExec

Microsoft provides a handy utility called PsExec which is included in a larger set of utilities called PsTools. PsExec lets us execute processes in a variety of ways. The function that will be useful to us is one that lets us run a program (RegEdit.exe) as the SYSTEM account.

First, download PsTools.zip from Microsoft’s SysInternals here: https://download.sysinternals.com/files/PSTools.zip

Next, unzip and extract the downloaded folder. You will see a variety of tools in the extracted PsTools folder.

Lastly, open a Command Prompt (run as Administrator), change directories to the extracted PsTools folder, and use the PsExec file with necessary parameters to call RegEdit.exe:

The Windows Registry Editor will now launch interactively and be running as the built-in SYSTEM account. The SYSTEM account will generally be able to manipulate all Registry keys without errors.

The -i parameter means we’re using interactive mode. The -s parameter is the real heavy lifter here as it runs the process as the SYSTEM account.

Using PsExec to launch Registry Editor has proven to be a useful method when dealing with Registry keys who are denying administrators access.

Depending on the registry key you’re trying to open, you’ll receive the following full error message:

Details: The system cannot find the file specified.

You’ll encounter this issue if you searched for registry key/location/data whose name is too long that the tool can’t handle it. And, also when your account do not have the required permissions to open/modify/delete a specific registry key.

If this error is the case of the search for registry key/location/data whose name is too long that regedit can’t handle the search query, you can try splitting your search query. If you have the complete Registry location available, you can access it manually, key by key.

However, if it’s the case of your account do not have the required permissions to open/modify/delete a specific registry key, you need to run regedit as SYSTEM account rather than an administrator account (default).

This can be done using a command-line tool named PsExec. Here’s how:

First, d ownload PsExec tool by Sysinternals from TechNet.

Upon extracting file, you’ll get PSTools folder. Copy all the content inside this folder to the directory path below. Replace C: with your system root drive.

In the CMD prompt window, copy and paste in the command below and hit Enter.

This command will launch Registry Editor with the system account.

You can try the search query again.

It should complete successfully without the issue.

1. Where do I get the latest version of PSTools?

Installation
None of the tools requires any special installation. You don’t even need to install any client software on the remote computers at which you target them. Run them by typing their name and any command-line options you want. To show complete usage information, specify the «-?» command-line option.

So the installation procedure is really simple:

• download the PSTools.zip.
• create a folder on your local disk, i.e. «%ProgramFiles%PsTools».
• unzip all files inside PsTools.zip to the newly created folder.
• Note:
  if you already have a newer version of pdh.dll on your machine (very likely in %windir%system32), you do not need the pdh.dll inside PStools.zip. Simply delete pdh.dll which you just extracted from the newly created folder.
• Installation done.
