    Considering everything I touch burns, falls over, and implodes when it comes to modding (hyperbole), if anyone can pinpoint how to restore/where to find this .xml behavior file I would greatly appreciate it.

    Nemesis can’t update the engine without correcting this error. I’mma go scouring a bit and try reinstalling/uninstalling a mod or two, and if that doesn’t work, then maybe Nemesis itself. But I’m also pro’lly just going to wait it out a bit, see if can I figure out a possible cause without trial-and-error. Just in case I muck something up.

    For the record, anims work fine in-game, at least as of this posting. Not really sure what said behavior file affects.

    On the Main File section includes this directory to Ultimate Combat and Creatures Behaviour compatibility for Nemesis https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/45966
    Install that then run Update Engine for Nemesis.

    Gave your fix a shot Banjack and Nemesis seems to be flowing just fine now. You did it ya madman!

    So apparently it looks like the problem had to do with the newest update of Script Free Flinching.

    I’m honestly not sure whats going on at this point, I haven’t played skyrim in a month and thought id get back on it and thought id try out JOP, got the requirements for it and tried to update Nem but got this error, so i uninstalled it and reran Nem just to see if the error went away but it persisted and now im not sure what to do, the error doesnt seem to effect gameplay but i would like to know the cause of it.

    Im posting my mods below in hopes someone can see any conflicts (im not getting any conflicts messages though)

    How do I fix this so that i dont have to see this again and successfully update Nemesis??

    Hello! I needed some help. I installed this mod and the nemesis engine. But whenever I run it, it registers 0 animations, and the PCEA in-game menu shows no animation packs whatsoever. After seeing an example, it doesn’t even say «Mod Installed: Nemesis PCEA». Any idea what I’m doing wrong? Thank you!

    ok I’m confused. when you say add animation pack, do you mean take the 7zip folder of the mod you downloaded and just put it in the folder?�

    No, it has to be extracted. Go to�»data/meshes/actors/character/animations/Nemesis_PCEA and you should see the pack called «0DServantAnimation or whatever it’s called. From there you can create up to 20 folders where you can place animations. For example, I have all my folders here that are numbered and named:�https://imgur.com/a/HqDvjbr

But I’m also pro’lly just going to wait it out a bit, see if can I figure out a possible cause without trial-and-error. Just in case I muck something up.

    So apparently it looks like the problem had to do with the newest update of Script Free Flinching.

    I am installing Nemesis through MO2, the executable runs perfectly when launched individually (not with the MO2 start button) however it doesnt update to show mods such as SkySA, even after updating.

    When launched through MO2 it simply crashes and stops responding.

    • I’ve removed any traces of FNIS
    • Checked that its only in the binary field
    • disabled firewall, allowed it through.
    • checked .dll’s no issues there
    • all requirements are downloaded.
    • Tried reinstalling as well.

    My overwrite only contains an SKSE loose file.

    I appreciate any help, have had a bad history with trying to get Nemesis to work.

    Anyone have same issues like me? after download Skysa and a new Animation like 1H Sword or 2H Sword for Skysa, and then run Nemesis — «Updating Engine» and «Launch Nemesis Behaviour Engine» close Nemesis then start a game and nothing happen , no new animation applied , just a vanilla Animation , im so frustrated because i do not find any solution, please anyone can you help??

    Nemesis is not picking skysa and other mods for some reason, I’ve followed correct instructions. I installed it through MO2 and got all the correct mods needed for skysa, ran the executable but skysa and other mods are still not showing up.

    I’ve tried multiple things, installed the mod through Vortex, set it as a tool in it, moved it to my skyrim data folder. I keep getting the error 6006 over and over and when I attempt to update it stops at 4% and then crashes. I store Skyrim and every other Steam game on a hard drive separate from my system install (E drive). I don’t have much eperience in terms of fixing errors like this and I just don’t know what else to do.

    Get the message» ERROR(6006): Missing latest engine files. Update engine to fix it» on startup which I believe is normal, but then when I go to update the engine it will stop on 4 or 5% and then disappear. From a crash I’m guessing.

    Tried speaking to others who have it and no one has had this issue before, I need to get it to work to use «Movement Behaviour Overhaul».

    If anyone has anything I can do to fix it or anything that would help, please let me know: Will.davy@btinternet.com.

    Latest version gives me this infamous message: «exception caught directory_iterator: the system cannot find the path specified,:»mod» « Older SSE versions (january 2020, dec 2019) don’t give any message, but don’t open either. I’m running MO as Admin ofc.

    I tried:

    1. Reverting to older MO2 versions up from 2.4.2 to 2.3.2
    2. Turning off Real-time protection and even adding MO2 folder as exclusion

    Didn’t fix the problem for me.
    Overall my game works fine, no crashes or anything.

    P.S: I’m on Win11 (self-updated)

    Aparently the problem exists when the engine update is proccesing files started with «#»

    I am getting these warnings. Here they are. I know this is an old log but I have been trying to figure out what may possibly be causing my game to randomly crash.

    I have been able to pinpoint that it is Ultimate Combat and Ultimate Dodge that cause these warnings. If I do not tick them, no warnings given.

    Next post below is my entire patch log. These are the 1013 warnings, you will find them at the end of the log below.

    I’m honestly not sure whats going on at this point, I haven’t played skyrim in a month and thought id get back on it and thought id try out JOP, got the requirements for it and tried to update Nem but got this error, so i uninstalled it and reran Nem just to see if the error went away but it persisted and now im not sure what to do, the error doesnt seem to effect gameplay but i would like to know the cause of it.

    Im posting my mods below in hopes someone can see any conflicts (im not getting any conflicts messages though)
